  Sean Lenihan

  Sean Lenihan is a permanent resident of Japan where he has lived for the past 35 years. He has 30 years experience as a Japanese small, mid and large cap analyst and portfolio manager, investing across different market cycles in Japan. He has advised on portfolios for governments, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and endowments and foundations. He is a graduate of Cambridge University with an MA in Economics and is a fluent Japanese speaker.

  Masamitsu Akahane

  Masamitsu Akahane has 22 years of financial industry experience, the last 18 years focused on Japanese company research and portfolio management. He has experience in various Japanese investment strategies including event driven, shareholder activist and long only. He received an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He has known and worked with Sean Lenihan for 15 years.

  Yoshito Kaneyama

  Yoshito Kaneyama has 38 years experience as a Registered Certified Public Accountant in Japan working with multinational and domestic companies as an external auditor and providing other financial, accounting and tax advice. He began his career with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1983. He established his own accounting firm, Kaneyama & Associates in 1995.

  Maki Nogami

  Maki Nogami has 33 years of financial industry experience focusing mainly on Compliance, Control and Risk Management for foreign and domestic asset management companies in Japan. She has significant experience working with Japanese financial regulators. She graduated with a BA in History from University of the Sacred Heart in Tokyo. Maki is a Japanese and English speaker.

  Satoko Amano

  Satoko Amano has 20 years experience of office management and supporting senior executives in Japan, handling multiple office management related functions. She has also taken and passed Japanese financial industry examinations. She has known and worked with Sean Lenihan for 13 years. Satoko was educated in Canada and speaks Japanese and English.
